Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen und immer freundlich gegrüsst! Was ich schade fand, dass man den Verkehrslärm auch bei geschlossenem Fenster recht gut hören kann. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Strasse. Leider war meine Balkontüre auch nicht dicht an der Seite. Dachte, dass das Bad, Whirlpool und Sprudelbad inklusive sein, doch musste man dafür 10 Euro extra bezahlen.

Also die Sauberkeit ist 0, das Hotel vefindet sich in Zentrum, einzige was gut ist. Nie im Leben würde ich für Ferien buchen.
