Lovely hotel close to bus routes and high street.

No complaints about my stay, friendly staff, comfortable rooms,great food.

Perfect Stay - in context - an Amazing Find!

(for the money) Happy local pub with a lively and friendly clientele. The food worked beautifully - breakfast was FANTASTIC. Rooms were clean, decorated in plain colours and everything worked. Fridge was a nice touch too. Recommend thoroughly.

very disappointed with room condition

Pros: The breakfast was very nice despite the kitchen running out of the smoked salmon that was on the menu.
Cons: Re-decoration of all rooms
I was very disappointed with the room. It was very shabby and in need of redecoration. The ceiling had water marks from leaks that they have had in the past. The entire room and bathroom needs re-modelling. Every time the toilet was flushed it was very noisy and that noise could also be heard from the a joining room. When the shower was turned on that also made quite a loud noise. It sounded as if it was some sort of pump mechanism making it work. The room next door has a shower quite early on the Sunday morning which awoke us both.
