The bedding was delightfully soft and comfortable! The children enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, and plenty of poolside toys and games were provided.

Hotel is located just 15 mins away from visitors center of the park. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Its a remote place so considering that its very decent place. Morning breakfast is decent. Coffee needs some improvement, mostly ffelt like colored hot water. Overall it is good place if visiting Sequoia National Park

Terrible or non-existing cleaning. The property has a very convenient location and from outside it looks so beautiful! BUT when we arrived to the room, after a 4 hrs driving and with little kids, the room was prepared as it was "ready for us" but it was completely dirty!! The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and with hairs, the bathroom was not cleaned although the towels were beautifully arranged, and the carpet seems like it was never cleaned before. After like 2 hours of my kids walking in it, they have their foots completely black! I talked to the front desk and they go to the room and changed everything and cleaned the bathroom after the personnel confirmed that it was not cleaned.

We really enjoyed being able to stay so close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We did this trip in the spring which we were enjoying all the spring flowers in bloom and on top of Sequoia there was snow. Highly recommend the trip in the springtime. Not all roads are open, but it was enjoyable.

Nice place.. Yet the supposed free breakfast is nothing but toxic food microwaved. The scrambled eggs for example... Are made from batter full of preservatives then microwaved. The the sausages are similar. The no one who care /knows about health would eat that crap.

Hotel was a bit pricey for what we got. Was expecting something nicer. While the suite was big, the rooms were a bit dated. Bathroom doors wouldn’t stay open so bathroom would smell humid. Front desk staff/breakfast staff was really friendly while housekeeping staff wouldn’t acknowledge you.
