We arrived late and thankfully the restaurant was still open. The food was great and a lot of items on the menu are cooked from scratch. The rooms were renovated post covid. Everything was great. Could hear people in the hall at night. We would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly.

At first glance this hotel seemed ok but then it went downhill. The common areas are filthy. They have a robot vacuum and it doesn’t help. The hallways had so much on the carpets and the stairwells are dirty. There was garbage still under the entry bench in our room, blood on the shower curtain, and the fire detector was covered in plastic. Housekeeping obviously just does a quick clean and not very thorough. Pool area had poor drainage and was wet everywhere. Pool was good. Limited towels and basic seating. There was a commotion outside our room in the early evening. Hotel guests smoking crack in the hallways which lead to paramedics and someone being wheeled on a stretcher. Went to bed and left as early as possible. Would not come back. They are trying to be a bit upscale/modern but failing. After reading reviews I hope they return my security deposit I’ll be watching my credit card.

Not impressed. After staying at a great hotel in Sault ste. Marie then coming here to this trash. No ever coming here again. They gave our room to someone else then downgraded us. No discount no perks nothing.
