We were not impressed with the fire alarm going off at 2:30amish and didn't shut off for about 15-20 min. Of course we were all awake and had difficulty getting back to sleep. I tried calling the front desk to see what was happening but could not get an answer.

Booked because of pool. Closed early. Slide shuts for no apparent reason for 30 minutes at a time, every hour. When you ask the staff, they say they have to do it. No reason.

Awful, the room is hotter than a plus 30 degree day in the middle of june. Took dtaff 3 hours to help out with a fan. Finally get the kids settled in and the alarm goes off for 30 minutes and scares the kids out of bed
