Huoneisto sijaitsee upeassa 3 * Apart / Hotel Cinco Plazas -kompleksissa, joka on suunniteltu 3 uima-altaan ympärille. Se sijaitsee rauhallisella aukioilla, jotka on suunniteltu perheille. 5 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle ja kauppoja / ravintoloita, joilla on oma yksityinen pysäköintialue. Kompleksissa on 2 x suurta uima-allasta, 1 x lasten kalteva uima-allas, runsaasti aurinkotuoleja ja aurinkovarjoja (kaikki ilmaisia), 24h-vastaanotto kyselyihin, sairaala, lääkäri, hammaslääkäri, taksi ja poliisi jne. Siellä on autonvuokrauspiste ja retkipalvelu, joissa järjestetään neuvoja ja saarimatkoja. Wifi huoneistossa. Kauppa - mukaan lukien päivittäistavarat, alkoholi, uimapuvut jne. Brilliant location just a few minutes walk from the beach and the strip with a good supermarket next door to the complex. The apartment was clean and spacious - plenty of room for 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again

Great location and well appointed apartment

Had great 2 weeks stay with my husband and daughter had 1 week. The apartment was in a great location, it was super clean and had everything needed for a long stay - a real home from home. Easy to check in and the communication with Yadira pre arrival and during our stay was great - she was really helpful when we had a slight issue and was very quick to rectify it speedily. Perfect location for bars and restaurants and the supermarket next door was great. The TV worked well and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed for a good holiday. The pools and facilities were great and I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples and families.

All good except arrival to find apartment had not been cleaned but owner answered messages and sorted it out we just had to wait 3 hours while it was cleaned. Location good, complex good our kids like the pool. Perfect winter break for sunshine would go again

Beautiful apartment and fab location

The apartment is beautiful. It had everything that we needed (and more) and was immaculate. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location is perfect, so close to everything- with a large supermarket next door. The complex it is situated on is brilliant. 2 large pools (one with bar) a quieter one and a kids splash pool - this was in front of the apartment. Great communication from the owner and we would all go again without hesitation.

Great apartment with excellent location and communication

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment. It was our first friends trip away and the clean and comfy apartment made it a perfect time! There was almost everything that we needed and the location was perfect. The views were beautiful and the apartment was very clean! Michelle was very helpful with giving us tips and was quick to reply to messages, thanks for having us to stay :)

Appartement TB placé et agréable

bonne situation, proche de la plage (4-5 minutes à pied), 2 piscine à dispo dans la résifence hoteliere. Terrasse très sympathique et au calme. Meme mi avril, le temps fut superbe et l'eau (de l'océan et piscine) agréable. Super séjour.

Perfect family property

We stayed here October 2023 with our two teenage daughters. The apartment is lovely with everything you need for a couple of weeks in the sun. Both pools on the complex were good and it was nice overlooking the kids splash park as it was quieter than the two other areas in the complex. The supermarket is right next door and the beach a 5 minute walk away. Location wise this is perfect. The Spinnaker Restaurant above the supermarket is worth a visit too. I would recommend this place for a family holiday. Very pleasant dealings with host throughout.

Great apartment great location

Great property only one small complaint is the lack of sunbeds is the worst we have ever came across and we were at this property out of season, i wouldn't stay in the summer as it would be packed and not enjoyable, the apartment was really great, everything we needed and very homley and it over looks the splash park which is great, i would def go back but not summer

Lovely apartment.

The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated and very well equipped. The owners are great in their communication, both in terms of giving information and in responding to the random questions I sent. The complex is great for kids, with swimming pools and a splash pad and playground and organised activities. Although the apartment is privately owned, the complex staff are friendly and helpful. In terms of location, it’s very close to the beach and all shops, restaurants and bars. Also, local bus services run nearby if you want to venture further afield. We loved staying here and the kids felt very at home, thanks to the care the owners put into the apartment and the nice homely touches.

Just as advertised

Very clean, but overlooking splash area so if you are not keen on hearing small children scream with pleasure then this is not the place for you. Notice this is at the top of a steep hill (as is most of Puerto Del Carmen)

Nos hemos recorrido la isla de punta a punta y nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación del apartamento. El apartamento está muy bien y dispone de todas las comodidades. Como punto a mejorar, la televisión que no se veía muy bien pero apenas la utilizamos.
