Tämä ilmastoitu yksiö merinäköalalla sijaitsee rauhallisella, turvallisella monimutkaisella alueella Puerto Del Carmenin vanhassakaupungissa. Siinä on ilmainen Wi-Fi. Suuri T. V ilmaisella internet T. T. V -järjestelmällä, BBC, ITV, RTE jne., 7 päivän kiinniotto, Sky Sports, BT Sport, Sky Movies, radioasemat ja paljon muuta. Ja DVD-soitin, jossa valikoima DVD-levyjä. Huoneisto sijaitsee päässä ja ilman yhtään huoneistoa, se tekee siitä ihanteellisen paikan rauhaan ja hiljaisuuteen. Siellä on kaksi yhteistä aurinkoterassi ja uima-allas aurinkotuoleilla. On upeat näkymät satamaan ja merelle. Huoneisto on hiljattain remontoitu ja pidetään aina tahrattoman puhtaana. Se on oma täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa liesi vedenkeitin leivänpaahdin ja mikroaaltouuni. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku. Sillä on oma parveke merinäköalalla ulkoilmaruokailuun ja se ottaa aurinkoa koko päivän. Patioissamme on kaksi aurinkotuoleja. Turvallinen arvoesineiden säilyttäminen. Toimitamme tervetuliaispaketin, joka sisältää wc-rulla, teetä, kahvia, maitosokeria ja vettä. Siellä on myös yleensä pesuneste ja käsinpesu.

Peaceful and relaxing

Fantastic studio apartment very clean with everything you need for your stay. The balcony was a good size with sun beds and comfortable patio furniture and a great view. The complex was very quiet which made for a nice relaxing holiday. The communication with Martin was 1st class and check in was simple. Will definitely be back.

Apartment was perfect had everything needed for a comfortable stay, lovely sun trap balcony and so peaceful its a great place for some rest and relaxation the only downside for me was the 80 odd steps back up the steep hill after going down into the town or beach, no fault of the apartment just a bit of a killer so not good if you have any breathing or mobility problems

We have stayed at 2 other apartments on this complex so know it well. Good location for harbour, walking to Puerto Calero, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc. Apartment itself was clean, tidy, sun trap terrace for sunbathing / having a drink/ meal. Comfortable bed. English Tv channels. Could do with a bit of an update- sofa / shower. We used the pool. Air conditioning was troublesome for the last few days, turned itself off a few times- WhatsApped property manager who told me to reset at fuse box. It still wasn’t blowing out as cold as it should but manager said it was being serviced after we left. We had a nice time and for the price would recommend.

Great stay

This is a lovely clean quiet comfortable apartment which gets the sun most of the day and you can see the sea from the balcony. The apartment contained everything you would need including free air conditioning, good WiFi and full uk to channels including sports. We enjoyed a few drinks in the Montana Tropical Centre and ate at Mario’s a few nights which was good. There is a Spar supermarket nearby too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Martin

Just spent three weeks in this apartment, lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you need, great views over the harbour. Complex quiet and close to bars and restaurants and supermarket close by. Martin easily contactable when needed have stayed here several times before and already re-booked for later on this year

Excellent studio in a nice quiet location. 10 min walk into the port area. Everything in the room as described. Slight comms issue with Vrbo about how to access the room (via lockbox) but speedily resolved by the property manager. Overall great value. Will definitely visit again.

Great stay!

The property was very nice, in a quieter area of the resort. Every appliance worked and was clean, plenty of cutlery, dishes, towels, etc. Great view of the sea. Easy to check in and out.

LOVELY APARTMENT WITH GREAT VIEWS

Lovely apartment with a nice balcony over looking the sea. The apartment its self is large enough for 2, well equipped for all your requirments. spent 9 nights here over Christmas, quiet complex but within walking distance to the harbour, restraunts and pubs, bit steep maybe for some people but taxi's are cheap to bring up the hill. Hope to visit this lovely apartment again.

Another lovely stay

Stayed several times in this lovely little studio. Communication with Martin was excellent as always and he is very helpful regarding arrival and departure times. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the tv package is excellent. It is on a small quiet complex in an excellent location. Can't wait to return in February
