It was a lovely apartment in just the right location. Generally, it was well resourced for holiday accomodation. The mattress and pillows were great, but could've had better fitting sheets. The balcony was a nice space with a good outlook, which felt private and calm. It could probably do with an upgrade from the uncomfortable plastic furniture and then we might have used the space even more. A couple of easy additions like an ice tray for the freezer and some basic beach/lounger towels would make it better than it already is.Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay in the resort and this lovely apartment. Thank you for having us : )

We loved our second stay at the apartment. We greatly appreciated the updates to the check-in process and the TV facilities. We did note that there was a slight struggle with the number electrical sockets. Overall, a great apartment in a great location and we hope to come back.

Atalaya apartment

We stayed at no. 238 apartment. We stayed for a month and we can honestly say we had a wonderful time. The location was brilliant with lovely views. There was a short walk to the seafront where you had everything you needed. There is a big Spar supermarket next to the Atalaya complex. The apartment had all amenities you needed. Lovely big shower too. Lovely swimming pool. If i had to critise anything it was having stayed there for a month we found the sofa in the living area a bit uncomfortable to sit on for long periods as it was very hard. We went to live in the warm for a month so we didn't go out in the evening a lot so the evenings we didn't go out we found ourselves going to bed early because of this. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful time and had the sofa been more comfortable we would give it 10 out of 10 for sure. Bear in mind that we were there for a month. We would recommend the apartment.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was comfortable and clean, with new appliances. The location was perfect for us. The only negative was that the check-in process was different from what was explained, and that caused some confusion. The contact phone numbers didn't pick up multiple calls.

The apartment is perfect- well equipped if you want to cook, exceptionally clean, looked like it had been freshly painted. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept well and the complex is quiet. The balcony overlooks the pool which is quiet and very clean as is the whole complex. The apartment is well situated in Puerto Del Carmen, close to all amenities - we will definitely be back!

Fantastic holiday

We were extremely happy with this lovely apartment. It had everything you need for a holiday. Very close to main strip but very quiet with no traffic noise. The view over the pool was very nice - the whole complex was nice and quiet which we enjoyed and the nice people living on ground floors who always said hello when we were passing. The supermarket next door was fantastic - well stocked and easy. Jessica who met us was very kind and carried our cases up the stairs (not many) and went through all the aspects of the apartment. Summing up, we would go back there in a heartbeat! Most enjoyable stay.

It was small but a nice apartment had everything we needed. 5mins walk to the beach and the very nice restaurants,the only thing was the keys to the apartment door were always sticking in the lock as were the apartment next door might need looking at.We did enjoy staying there and would stay again . We enjoyed our stay booking and communication with Michela was easy and any questions promptly answered.Entry to the property was a bit difficult our flight was 2 hours late,called Ivan the local contact on arrival to gain access to be told that he had sent me a Whatsapp message with directions to apartment,wfi was not very good at the airport so couldn't access the text ,he was reluctant to meet us at the apartment I insisted and he did not a great start to the holiday.The apartment was spotlessly clean,plenty of towels and sheets etc,excellent washing machine.A microwave in the kitchen would be an improvement,the kitchen socket fell off the wall and Ivan fixed it very prompty.The balcony had a great view of the pool and very sunny most of the day unfortunately the sun umberell a was very worn and badly torn.The pool was very good,cleaned every morning there are only 14 sun beds two of which were unusable and the people were leaving towels on beds and not using them for most of the day.Apartment location is excellent very quiet and close to the beaches,bars and restaurants.Despite the minor problems mentioned we had a great time and would recommend the apartment,David.

Highly recommended Atalaya Apartments

Fantastic complex, quiet and very clean. Ideal location, a short flat walk to the main road running through PDC with a plethora of restaurants and shops. There is a large Spar almost next door to the complex. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, fabulous shower, comfortable doubled bed, plenty of good quality towels provided. Lots of equipment provided, a real home from home. Nice sunny balcony with a view over the pool, apartment is on the first floor so there are steps but not too many. We will definitely go back.
