Vacation Rental 'Villa Loretta' with Sea View, Heated Pool & Wi-Fi

In Puerto del Carmen, the vacation rental 'Villa Loretta' offers a spectacular view of the old town, the harbour and the sea. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (the third bathroom has a shower and is located on the terrace) and can therefore accommodate 7 people (there is a folding bed for the 7th person). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a coin-operated air conditioning system, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The vacation rental boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a partially covered terrace (can be accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge) and an outdoor shower. A heated pool is also available for your use. The pool terrace is fenced and gated for child safety. There is also a shaded area with a built-in barbecue by the pool.

The property offers a prime location on top of the cliff in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, in the upmarket Risco Prieto/El Toscon part of the historic centre. Furthermore, the coastal walkway can easily be accessed via the steps or the zig-zag path near the vacation rental which takes you down to the harbour in just 10 minutes.

A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Parties are strictly forbidden. No all-female or all-male groups under 30 years old, no hen or stag groups. Youth Group are not allowed. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has a step-free interior. There are security cameras in the corridor and in the kitchen, they are only activated when the alarm is triggered (however, there is no audio or video recording). The pool is heated from November - April (if you would like the pool to be heated during summer, please advise the homeowner).

Beach/pool towels are provided (please wash them yourself during your stay).
