Casa localizada no coração da Pipa, com vista incrível para o mar.
A apenas 70 metros (1 minuto a pé) dos melhores restaurantes, bares e lojas do centrinho da Pipa, super frequentado a noite.
Fica também a uma curta caminhada das melhores praias da região. A Praia do Centro fica a uma distância de 200 metros da casa (4 minutos a pé). A praia do Amor fica a apenas 13 minutos a pé.

A casa é totalmente equipada e tem um belo e espaçoso deck de madeira na sombra de um pé de manga, com vista para o mar e para o centrinho da Pipa. Deck bem ventilado ideal para tirar aquela soneca na rede pós almoço. Super aconchegante!

A área externa da casa é super legal com churrasqueira, mesa de jantar, além de um refrescante chuveiro ao ar livre.

As 2 suítes são grandes. A primeira possui 1 cama tamanho queen. A segunda suíte dispõe de 3 camas de solteiro e 2 delas possuem camas auxiliares. Ambos os quartos possuem ar condicionado.

A sala e cozinha são integradas e também possuem ar condicionado. O sofá da sala é um sofá-cama e pode acomodar mais 2 pessoas, caso haja a necessidade.
