Sleeping 27+ guests comfortably under one roof—no air mattresses, no couches, no “figure it out” situations. Just real beds for real people.

• Bedroom 1 – 1 King bed for the lucky VIP
• Bedroom 2 – 2 Queen beds (double the comfort)
• Bedroom 3 – 2 more Queen beds (because your people like space)
• Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room Extravaganza – 4 custom-built Queen bunks + 3 Triple Twin bunk beds (yes, that’s 13 beds in one room… aka kid heaven or snore-proof adult survival zone)

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
