Visible Canary inner timber roof construction, floor to ceiling windows, high-quality tiles in bathrooms, floors and terraces. Ecological floor heating and hot water, large living area with kitchen, energy saving induction cooker, swivel designer fireplace, TV-SAT, internet ADSL connection with wireless internet, telephone, small book and music collections.
Bedroom with German Qualilty Bed (2x100 x 200 cm double bed - no french bed!), bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, bidet and toilet, guest area with large sofa bed, guest bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
Ecologically heated pool on thermal solar system and air heat pump, covered, because energy savings, protection from dirt, security.
2 sun terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, Japanese stone garden, herb corner in the garden with oregano, basil, thyme, marjoram, Sabai; subtropical garden, lawn, ecologically valuable Opuntia (prickly pear), unprocessed waste land with Canarian pine and almond trees, parking in front of the house.
