We scheduled transportation with the front desk for an early AM pickup go to to the airport, the quote was $540 pesos to go 2 miles and they charged us $700 pesos. The hotel would not let our cat in the hotel without showing them a rabies card, what a joke, thank god we had it for the flight. Staff not friendly.

Find a different hotel

Internet access was easy. When we booked our hotel we were told breakfast was included. When we arrived it took a while for the man to check us in and he wasn’t too friendly. He was just like let’s get this over with. He was actually the one that explained what breakfast was included. Basically the breakfast that was included was juice, milk, yogurt and cereal. If you wanted eggs and waffles that would be an extra cost. We tried going up to our rooms but needed something to help transport our luggage. That thing barely fit in the elevator. We get to our room and there was a bad smell. Tried figuring out the AC but it wasn’t strong at all. There was no conditioner provided. We called and asked for tooth brushes and toothpaste but we had to pay for the tooth paste. I’ve stayed at many different hotels and when they say breakfast is included it is actual breakfast and they include toiletries. We also had baby food for my baby that needed to be refrigerated but there was no fridge. Two things I did like about this hotel was the security staff. They are always out at night helping guests get to the lobby to check in. The lobby is actually on the second floor I believe. Which I thought was weird. The second is the amount of parking spaces they have. There have been times were other hotels have ran out of parking spaces for their guests. S

The room service food preparation needs major improvement.I ordered the classic burger, and it was clearly not made with fresh ingredients. It looked old and had been reheated in a microwave oven. Also, there need to be more coffee options. Everything else about the hotel was mostly fine for me.

Just don’t like the bathroom and shower door designs are not very private because of the lines they have, allowing you to see the interior.
