My husband and I visited the grand Tijuana hotel because we are receiving wellness care at the heart care facility located within the hotel. Our room is very nice very large. We love the convenience of not having to leave the hotel for our Care. We would recommend this to anyone who is Receiving care at holistic care.

Great Stay with Minor Modernization Needs

I had a very pleasant experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the service was excellent throughout. The room was clean and well-maintained, but I did feel the hotel could benefit from some modernization. A few updates like newer light fixtures, fresher carpeting, and updated bathroom hardware would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. That said, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t detract much from the comfort or quality of my stay. I’d happily return and recommend it to others.
