Everyone was very friendly. I didn't like that when you ask for something they never bring it to you. I asked fir a fan, I never got it I asked fir an iron. Never got it. Not very accommodating, I asked for instructions to set the AC and was told to openthe window instead. But location and cleanliness are excellent.

Don’t stay in summer time they turn a/c off

We always stay here , it’s a nice pet friendly hotel close to everything , my only complaint was that the air conditioning never works , every time we stay I have to call down and have maintenance come in and check , this last time was the worst because the maintenance personnel basically told me he couldn’t fix it because they turn the air conditioning off during winter time , well at least the fan worked for a bit , we came back from dinner and fan wasn’t working , called again and this time the front desk concierge out right told me that the hotel owners have told them that the air conditioning is turned off in every room to save energy , that is the most outrageous thing I’ve heard , they advertise air conditioning ammenitied just to turn them off when they please just because according to them it is not needed

Safe hotel

The Hotel is located in a good area. You will find the viral Tacos Franc across the street. We did a last minute stay, the hotel has a modern feel, the check in was super easy. The only issues we had was that the mattresses were too hard and not comfy at all. We also didn’t get hot water at shower time. We tried the night we checked in and in the morning and the water didn’t warm up at all. Didn’t get a chance to call it in since we only used the room to sleep and were departing early(didn’t want to deal with maintenance as we were leaving at a scheduled time and didn’t want to be late). Other than that it’s great if you just need a place to sleep with easy access to Zona Rio. Felt safe!

Good stay

Everything was kept in good condition. The only negative part was towels could probably be a little softer and the pillows a little softer themselves otherwise everything else was good
