Check in was simple enough, you pay am administration fee to the building security guard but that fee is refundable, you have to ask. The condo was spectacular, beautiful furniture, very clean and the view was amazing. The pool area was very nice amd and you also get a private beach. Only downside is there's some construction going on so evem though you would love tonhave your balcony door open, the noise early in the am can be annoying but nothing some white noise can't fix. Overall, this place was lovely. We would stay here again.

I was not granted access to the property despite having reserved and paid for the property. I was issued a partial refund by the owner, but I don't think that is fair considering I wanted to check in on the date I reserved the property (which was the night before my wedding), but was not allowed to do so. Very bad experience.

The check in is at 4pm i paid (pricey) for 2 days and got basiclly 1 1/2 with such a late check in. They wont allow you into the property like other places to lounge by the pool or go to the beach, you literally have to come back after check in time 4pm. Check out is 10am. They have allot of construction going on and the jacuzzi wasnt even working. The beach is a bit of a walk.

La Jolla Excellence was great. It is a brand new condominium with an amazing view. We were always treated with respect and we felt at home.
