My childhood home awaits you. My partner, our daughter, and I have completely renovated it, designed to meet modern needs. Comfortable and functional, perfect for a large family, it can accommodate up to 10 people. This gîte has been designed to welcome people with reduced mobility: a sofa bed is provided for this purpose, the bathroom is located on the ground floor, and baby equipment is also available (high chair, travel cot, baby bath).

It is located at the end of a hamlet. Season after season, in a preserved bocage landscape, biodiversity abounds, as evidenced by the 1st Agri-ecological Prize awarded in 2017.
For lovers of the countryside, peace and quiet, and wide open spaces, this property offers a perfect escape amidst fields for families and friends to discover the landscape and our beautiful heritage. Bicycles are available for exploring paths and roads.

Its 10,000 m² garden features a secure swimming pool (7m x 3.5m) with detectors, available for your use (open from June to September). A terrace surrounded by flowers and trees provides a place to enjoy both sun and shade. Enjoy outdoor living with a summer room, complete with a barbecue, ping-pong table, darts, and other games for all ages.

You can even share your stay with the Miss Cocottes hens, who will happily devour your food scraps and offer you their eggs in return. Our Charolais cattle graze peacefully on the surrounding fields: sheep and cows. Bella, the endearing girl, knows how to charm everyone. Though never trained for racing, she now spends her days in tranquility, waiting for affection and kindness. On the ground floor: two steps lead to the accommodation, a large hallway that opens onto a kitchen/dining room, a living room, and a bathroom with a toilet.

Upstairs: a landing with a lounge and a television leads to four bedrooms (three bedrooms with a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm and one bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm), and a bathroom.

Outside: a private courtyard with a summer kitchen, a garden shared with the owners, parking within the property, and the opportunity to stroll through a 1-hectare garden.
