Nestled amongst the picturesque countryside of Timboon, this charming tiny home is the perfect rural escape for those looking to slow down, switch off, and unwind. Surrounded by peaceful farmland and fresh country air, it's a place to leave the busy world behind.

The tiny home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests with two bedrooms—one featuring a queen bed, and the second offering a single bunk bed plus an additional single bed. Inside you'll find a compact, well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine for added convenience, and everything you need for a comfortable country stay.

With no TV and no Wi-Fi, you're invited to reconnect with nature and each other. Fire up the BBQ on the deck, soak in the rustic outdoor bath under the stars, curl up with a book, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Set on a working farm, you'll often spot kangaroos, an abundance of native birdlife, grazing cows in the surrounding paddocks, and horses nearby. These animals are there to be admired from a distance, so please do not enter paddocks or interact with them.

Please BYO firewood if you'd like to enjoy the cosy indoor fireplace during your stay.

Just a short drive away, Timboon is a welcoming country town with everything you need for your stay. You'll find a well-stocked IGA supermarket, pharmacy, petrol stations, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a selection of charming cafés, local shops and eateries.

While you're there, be sure to visit some of the region's favourites, including the famous Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, Schulz Organic Dairy, Fat Cow Food Co., and Berry Good Thai. If you're visiting in the summer season, don't miss the opportunity to pick your own berries at one of the local berry farms.

Timboon is the perfect place to stock up on supplies, enjoy great local food, and experience the relaxed charm of rural Victoria.

You will need a car to access the property as it is out of town on a gravel road. For the full county experience!

Please only book this listing if you are looking for an escape to a rural setting. We have NO TV or WIFI.. It is about 5 minutes out of the township of Timboon & is surrounded by farmlands. Pets on application
