Nestled on the first floor of Villa Lipa Draga in the peaceful village of Kringa, SA LAVANDA offers a cozy and eco-conscious retreat in the heart of Central Istria. Perfectly positioned to explore the enchanting Poreč, Vrsar, and Rovinj Riviera, this 4-star studio apartment combines modern comfort with the serene beauty of Istrian countryside.
The Space
Covering approximately 30 m², SA LAVANDA is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. It features:
A queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) in the sleeping area
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area (table: 118 x 78 cm)
A private bathroom
A private balcony with seating (table: 78 x 58 cm)
Air conditioning for summer comfort and floor heating for cozy winters
High-speed WiFi throughout the apartment
Whether you're sipping coffee on the balcony or preparing local delicacies in the kitchen, SA LAVANDA is your peaceful home away from home.
Eco-Friendly Stay
Villa Lipa Draga proudly holds the Eco Domus label (Istria County) and is recognized as a ConsumelessMed Companion, promoting sustainable tourism practices in the Mediterranean region.
