This characterful villa is just a 15-minute drive from the popular city of Porec, known for its beautiful natural scenery, rich history, and scenic beaches. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, the main villa's lounge, and the annex kitchen are included.

The location of Villa Fumica is ideal for anyone wanting to sample the real Istrian way of life, and enjoy beautiful countryside surroundings. A small choice of shops and places to eat can be found within around 15 minutes' drive, but the larger coastal towns of Porec and Rovinj are definitely worth a visit, both easily reachable by car. The small, cultural towns of Groznjan, Motovun and Hum are also in the area, not to be missed!
