I had a much better experience this time. I avoided the elevator and I got a room on the1st floor. I’m told the elevators will be replaced soon. This has been my go to hotel for several years. I’m happy to report a great customer service experience.

The cleaning crew did not clean the entire time I stayed. What they did do is empty the trash and basically make the bed using dirty sheets (e.g., it clearly had make up on the pillows). I would never recommend this place to anyone. This hotel seems to be very different than IHG standard and I’m not sure why. Save your money and your time.

This my second time staying at this hotel. It's nice, it's right next to the eway,& not too far from restaurants. My only issue is the toilets are very low.

The shower was dirty, third stay the room was dirty. I am reconsidering staying at this hotel again. The gym is the only reason I stay here, best hotel gym in area.
