Sehr geeherte Fraulein Ayse und Herr Can Ozgür, Vielen Dank für Ihre Rezension. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie Ihre 1 Punkt Rezension gemacht haben, motiviert durch das Kindern "Geräusch", die sich in der gleichen Etage Ihres Zimmer von 20.00 bis 20.40 Uhr am Samstagabend befinden. Die Anweisungen, um die Rezeption vom Telefon im Zimmer aus anzurufen, befinden sich in der Broschüre neben dem Telefon. Dort wird auch das Passwort des WLANs angezeigt (WLAN sie haben für den Internetzugang benutzt) . Neben dem WLAN-Passwort gibt es diese Satz: "Drücken Sie 9 um die Rezeption zu anrufen ". Wir fragten die Familie, die Lärm verursachte, um die Lautstärke zu verringern. Wir konnten leider nichts anderes tun, ich wiederhole, weil es am Samstagabend erst 20.00 Uhr war. Glücklicherweise waren Sie auch die einzigen Gäste, die sich beschwert haben, obwohl das Hotel und der Grundriss ausgebucht waren. Vielleicht war der Grund für diese Überprüfung nur ein Groll, weil der Antrag auf späten Check-out nach 14.00 Uhr nicht kostenfrei angenommen wurde. Wir sind gekommen, um Sie so viel wie möglich zu treffen, damit Sie im Zimmer eineinhalb Stunden länger als die übliche Abfahrtszeit (11.30) bleiben können, um sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten einer halben Stunde Störung zu entschuldigen, die von den Kindern der benachbarten Zimmerfamilie verursacht wurden. Für die Zukunft bitten wir Sie, falls Sie etwas finden, das Ihren Erwartungen nicht entspricht, uns dies umgehend mitzuteilen, damit wir sofort Abhilfe schaffen können. In diesem Fall könnten wir den Raum problemlos ändern, wenn Sie dies wünschen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
