Fabulous Hotel! Stay Here!!!!!!!

I booked into this hotel for 2 nights as part of a surprise trip for my husband (I booked to take the Bernina Express from Tirano as a day trip) and we were super sad to leave! We had the warmest of welcomes and were looked after beyond even highest expectations! The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are fantastic; our family room was so well-catered for! They really have thought of everything!! Even down to a stash of toys to occupy the kids - which our 3 year old was excited for! The care and attention to detail is so great, and you receive a really excellently-managed “personalised” experience that’s absolutely not overbearing and intrusive from the hotel’s owners. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the main road in the town and less than 10 minutes walk to the station if guests are doing the Bernina route, like us. We loved it here and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book again if we are in the region. I’ll be recommending it to everyone! It’s a brilliant place to stay! If you’re going to Tirano - stay here!!!!

Personal war super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir waren mit einer vierköpfigen Familie unterwegs und speziell den Kindern hat es ganz toll gefallen da dieses liebevoll restaurierte Gebäude wirklich toll ist. Speziell als Endststation des Bernina zu empfehlen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Wirt zeigte uns das ganze Haus und gab uns noch eine Geschichtslektion von der Umgebung. Sehr interessant. Schade nur, das die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatten. Es war sehr warm in der Nacht.

Das ganze Konzept, die Philosophie welche dahinter steckt, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Hotelinhaber hat uns sehr herzlich begrüsst, hat uns das ganze Anwesen gezeigt. Auf der Dachterasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in die Tallandschaften. Der Hotelinhaber hat uns auf der Dachterasse über die historische Sachverhalte in Kenntnis gesetzt und das auf deutsch. Ich fand es sehr angenehm und lobenswert, wie er uns betreute. Ein Service, welche heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Flair der italienischen Gastfreundschaft, das Willkommen sein, die Art der Dolce Vita, welche man aufnimmt. Dieses Tal hat sehr viel zu bieten und Dank der guten Tipps konnten wir auch kulinarisch sehr profitieren. Wie gesagt, die Betreuung ist top, das Hotel sehr angenehm und hat eine tolle Aussicht bei der Burgruine. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Der Spielecke hat unser Kind rege genützt und der kleine Dackel hat er sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Ferien zum Geniessen. Danke, danke, danke!

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer. Dieser hat viel über das Städchen erklärt und erzählt. Die Dekoration des Hotels war mit viel Liebe gemacht. Ein Hotel, wo wir gerne wieder kommen.
