We didn’t have anyone service our room and had to go ask for towels. The floor is the room was dirty, the hallway was not vacuumed and the elevatorswere dirty. Breakfast was short on most items.

Overall, this is an average hotel. The gentleman that checked us in didn't have great customer service skills. We even went to the wrong room first because of his poor handwriting when he wrote down our room number. Also, the breakfast provided seems like a first come-first serve option. If you get there later in the time window, they were out of several items including fresh fruit. You should have enough supplies on-hand to offer the full menu for the whole time breakfast is listed as an option. Everything else was ok. I will most likely chose a different hotel if I return to the area.

Great Stay at Comfort Suites

Stayed here one night on family trip. The local hotels were packed due to Daytona 500. But, the stay were very courteous and professional.. Even with the busy climate, the maintained pleasant attitudes. This new hotel was still in great shape and the staff appeared to take pride in their work.. will definitely stay there again
