Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can.
**Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well.
It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

Perfect for us

We are so happy we found this space where we can stay before cruises from Port Canaveral. It is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and the rental is very clean and spacious.

Peaceful place

After 4 days at the parks in Orlando, the first thing we noticed was how quiet the neighborhood was. The house was clean and the instructions were clear. It was in proximity to beaches and restaurants. I have no complaints at all. It was a perfect end for our vacation.

nice and small

for the price it is good. i do wish i had chosen a bigger/nicer place. The walls seem to be very thin, you can hear the front door open & close everytime. it kinda sticks and the cabinets close pretty hard. it would have been nice to have some coffee & sugar there already. other places i have stayed at had that so that is what i was expecting. And there is no access to the backyard through the house.Overall it was ok

Just What I needed for my stay

Having lived in Titusville for years and returning for my 50th High School reunion, staying here was a true stroll down memory lane!!This little duplex is spotless and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and clean. I never heard a single noise from the other side and parking under the carport was a huge plus. There was plenty of hot water and the shower water pressure was great. The A/C kept this little place at the perfect temperature and the TV was HUGE!!!If comfort and convenience are what you're looking for, then this is an incredible value! It's not fancy, but I didn't go to Titusville to sit around the house!!!

Quick stay.

House was really clean and everything was as described. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. The only thing I would say is that it could use a few extra pillows and blankets for the 7/8 guest to make up the futon or the couch. Other than that it fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect, as described!

The only thing this place lacked was a cooking sheet for our pizza (there was aluminum foil for the win though)! Quiet neighborhood but close to pharmacy/stores. Host was responsive and kind.

Great Value

This was a very comfortable house - beds, living room sofas, dining chairs. It is older and not updated, but everything worked well and was clean, and well stocked. Loved the turquoise microwave. 3 bedrooms for this price was outstanding.

Budget-friendly stay-short term

Wanted a place near Kennedy Space Center for a couple of days for 5-6 people, including teens, and 2 dogs. (ended up not bringing the dogs, but Tom was very helpful prior regarding questions!) Must have realistic expectations; it's not the Hilton! Very basic accommodations in an old Florida home. Would have liked more updated options in the kitchen and newer/more comfortable mattresses, but it worked. Tom was very responsive and helpful when there were a couple of small issues.

Dazzled by pictures.

The property was not as listed. It was very outdated and worn down. Not in a great neighborhood. Cleaner left ac fan on so humidity was over 80% when we arrived. the floors were wet with condensation. Felt very unsafe staying there.

Awful

It was dirty stains all over the furniture. Bed was not changed. House smelled musty. Was told to check in early noon was there 10 before and it was not ready turned away. No charm mid century yes. It was awful save your money go to a hotel.
