Great hotel with excellent staff. Rooms good and beds are very comfortable, could do with a fridge in the the rooms tho. Plenty of parking spaces and a short walk to town.

Lovely staff. The room and bathroom looked very tired and in need of updating. There were stains on the carpet. There was black mould on the ceiling of the bathroom.

Overall tired in need of decor. Disappointed stay.

We were only there for 1 night sleep, we were visiting family. 1 small hypoallergenic dog, charged £20 for the night, the room would have needed no more extra cleaning. We had paid for the superior room, if I had not have asked we would have been given a standard room. I had told the hotel, and requested ground floor as I have difficulty walking and requested a shower and not a bath. The room which was given, after the Change to superior was a good walk down a corridor, the room smelt very musty and we had to open the window. It was a shower over a bath, no good for me. The room was very tired and was in need of modernising. we’d had a long drive and needed to go straight back out to see family. When we arrived back, the children and babies were noisy (the dog didn’t make a sound) babies were awake in the night. Overall not the best experience. In the morning we left at 9:30ish and I told the reception and said I’d left a window open due to musty smell, there was no apology. For £1

Stayed for one night and was very pleased. Clean, big, room. 1 king bed, 1 single bed. Easy check in - I will say there is no lift at the hotel so you would have to state you wanted a ground floor room if needed. Overall a very nice stay and would stay again.

Good hotel

Great stay but could do with some TLC in areas such as the bathroom. Bedroom was clean and tidy and the king size bed was very comfortable. If your a adult I wouldn't recommend sleeping on the sofa bed. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Spacious quiet room

We went for the superior room which was very spacious and had a desk and an office chsir as well as a table and 2 chairs by the window. Tea and coffee facilities were available and had we needed to have more I am sure we could have got them we were on the first floor and had to use stairs which was ok for us but could be a problem if mobility was a problem and you had luggage

Reception great, breakfast good value, free parking excellent. Didn’t like the fact that my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. It was vacuumed once and the duvet pulled up but the basin wasn’t cleaned at all and nothing was tidied up.
