We recently visited from Las Vegas, this place was very comfy! Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, SHOWER WAS WARM AND STAYED WARM (big plus!). Check-in was very fast. We always felt very safe!

Overall clean and simple hotel. A little far out from the city central and driving to and from was a little annoying because of how the streets in Mexico are. The pool could be a tad warmer, straight up freezing cold water. Elevator to parking wasn’t working only stairs. No fridge in room, laundry needs to be reserved. Otherwise you get what you need and good to go. Standard basic hotels. I would recommend dining outside though, hotel food not worth the price.

La habitación daba a la calle aunque estábamos en 3 piso, siempre había ruido. (en frente estaba una fábrica y el periférico donde pasan muchos camiones frenando). La habitación tenía un olor a viejo. Y la alfombra no estaba en buenas condiciones. El aire acondicionado no ayuda en mucho. Ya que hace que el olor sea más desagradable. Las instalaciones son viejas. El mantenimiento es mínimo. Por otro lado el personal super amable.

Nos gusto mucho la atencion, la habitacion y las instalaciones. La alberca nos tocó a temperatura ambiente (fria) pero estuvo adecuada la estancia. El descanso fue reparador ya que aisla muy bien el ruido externo. La politica de "Cero Humo" me parecio de lo mejor. SIn duda regresaremos.

Habitación 327 que nos tocó el clima no enfriaba y pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dieron la 111 y tampoco enfrió , solo nos ofrecieron un abanico y fue como pudimos pasar la noche pero estaba más fresco en el pasillo al salir del cuarto, de ahí en fuera el hotel bien y las comidas bien
