Our stay at the zed is ALWAYS perfection. The staff are so amazingly helpful and kind, even the staff in the restaurant, the vibe is so calm and clean. This is our go to place to stay while on vacation in Tofino, everything is consistently amazing.

Directions to amenities could be better laid out and explained during check-in. Unfortunately, it was hard to find staff to check in, had to call the front desk through hotels.com to be able do so. We loved our stay here. Right across the road was Chesterman's beach. We walked down a few evenings to sit and watch the sunset. Absolutely beautiful. The resort was clean and staff was very friendly. Only thing we disliked is no coffee machine in the room so you had to go downstairs to the coffee shop and pay for coffee if you wanted any. I just figured with how much we paid we should atleast get 1 coffee a morning each free. And I'm sure it's normal in Tofino but no continental or any type of free breakfast.

This property was great. We had such a friendly check-in experience with Nikkea and found the room very comfortable. It was so easy to walk to Tacofino or Chesterman's Beach. Everything in the hotel was great
