The hot tub was excellent. The sauna was good. We would have liked to use the advertised spritzer for the sauna however we could not locate it. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The coffee machine and filter were in need of a good clean. This was a beautiful place and we would stay there again.

Suite 2 was really lovely. Clean and well decorated with many little extras (fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, tea, and coffee, full sets of dishes and cutlery, tea kettle, cloth, towel, and dish soap for washing up… bathroom was equally beautiful and well stocked. We did not use the hot tub, but saw others enjoying it. Excellent location, short and easy walk to several great little restaurants, grocery store nearby for any extras as needed, just up the hill from the waterfront. Our room had a lovely view of the harbour as well. Would highly recommend!

Had a great two-night stay at The Francis Boutique Inn in Ucluelet! The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The drive to Tofino was scenic and relaxing. We also found it super convenient to have an EV charging station right on the property’s parking lot — a nice bonus for travellers with electric cars!

Lodge style large room with kitchen and dining area. Fantastic shower room, best one in the 2 weeks we travelled around Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Extremely comfortable bed. I would highly recommend.
