We can hear everything in the room above us. Foot steps are very loud (woke us up) and voices / conversations can be heard. Sound insulation is a must. As well, putting a fan in the bathroom would really prevent the room from getting cold as the window needs to stay open.

This was an excellent place to stay in Ucluelet. We will definitely be back! Close to all amenities for walking. Walk to the beach. Very clean and well managed!

Clean, comfortable and ideal motel

Short stay as part of longer trip in BC . Motel is excellently located for visiting Ucluelet and access to Tofino. We walked a number of the trails directly from the motel.

Nicely renovated and spacious room. Great location and reasonably priced. Loved that there was a fan in the room, made my sleep so much better! Only con is the floors need to be washed but the rest of the room was very clean. Would definitely stay again.
