This was a really nice stay, especially for my first time in Tokyo. The only downside to this place is that the rooms are extremely small, but regardless they’re clean and housekeeping does a really good job in between your stay. There are multiple train stations in walking distance, and chiyoda is a really good place to stay if you want to be away from the noise and busyness of shinjuku and shibuya.

Nice big bath

The location is very close to Exit of subway but there were so far away to the platform and must calculate extra time for traveling. There were nice big bath on the top floor and open until late.

This property was fantastic! Loved the breakfast assortment that we paid for ahead of time. The access to the public baths, yukatas, and balcony were also very nice.

We stayed in this hotel 12 days, Room was small, but comfortable enough. We got breakfast package. It was a good selection but exactly same food for 12 days. A little variety would be nice. We never use the sauna area because you have to be naked there. All hotel staff is very polite and trying to be helpful. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Would recommend upgrade to a view room (a little larger). I would not take breakfast next time.

Very good when you go in knowing what you paid for! The only reason it’s not a perfect 5 stars is because the pillows are flatter than a piece of paper. However! I’m really not picky. Keep in mind it is very small in the rooms, but it tells you the square footage online before you book. :)

Super helpful and friendly staff. Small rooms but cute, well appointed and comfortable. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which was the only downside but fresh towels were delivered daily. Convenient for JR, easy walk to so many sites. Lovely hot spa too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 8 nights. Room is on the small side but had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean towels and top ups on amenities every day, cleaners came in every 3 days. So close to a metro station and loads of restaurants in walking distance. 100% recommend
