Hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Rooms are same and yes there may only be one elevator, but they provide information on what times will be an issue. Great location with plenty of spots to eat and activities to do. Would recommend.

The hotel is centrally located near shops, restaurants, and train station. It is clean and provides basic necessities. One downside is that the room and bathroom are small; there were 2 of us and it was rather difficult to move around. Otherwise, we had a good stay at this hotel.

Great place, near Korean neighborhood, walk toward Chuo station and you will see a lot more neat stuff than the walk to Shinjuku station. Just fyi, on the walk from Shinjuku Station (about 14 minutes) there are 5 Apa hotels….this one is immediately across the street from another apa hotel,

Well worth the money. We all paid for having breakfast included but wouldn't do that next time. Many places around to have better food at cheaper price. Rooms were very comfortable but small. Having more than one person per room would be tight.
