The hotel is ideally placed for both large apartment type stores and Japanese street food and shops. All the staff where very friendly the hotel as a whole was very clean. The breakfast at 800 yen is good value. Due to its location there is late night noise from both police and ambulances not too good if you are a light sleeper

The location is great for travellers who like to find a stay that allows easy access to the city center but also do not want to stay directly in a crowded and loud environment like the center itself. Higashi-Shinjuku station is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Unfortunately though, when trying to travel to the airports, using the Higashi-Shinjuku station is a little bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. I then recommend a taxi to Shinjuku (Main) Station. Other than that, as said: convenient stay overall!

too small, not clean, difficult communication - the staff cannot speak clear English, and the breakfast is really bad, especially for Western tourists

Cons: Ich hatte jeden Tag wieder einige Haare vom Personal überall im Zimmer liegen. Hier dürfte definitiv etwas gemacht werden wie Haarnetze.
Recht kleine Zimmer, jedoch gute Austattung. Super Lage in Shinjuku. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Genüge in der Nähe vorhanden.
