The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, but the only complaint I have is the area around the hotel. There was a lot of night clubs and it was noisy during the night.

Great location with plenty of shopping and food nearby. Higasi-Shinjuku metro is a short walk. Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were small, even by normal APA standards but clean. Confused why safety video told me to put a plastic bag over my head in case of fire.

Location is great, lots to do around the hotel and close to train station. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The only con is the size of the room but that's how all hotels are in Tokyo
