Location is great, lots to do around the hotel and close to train station. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The only con is the size of the room but that's how all hotels are in Tokyo

Great stay at APA hotel - the rooms are a bit small for two people. This location is very central to shopping, food, train stations. Appreciated the little amenities and supplies they left in the room for our stay.

Can’t wait to get back to APA’

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at this hotel. Professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The room is compact. As a man over 6 feet and 220 lbs, the bathroom especially was cozy. But it totally worked! Clean, comfortable, and well located, the hotel was within a few minutes stroll of major Shinjuku sights, and with three major subway/train stations nearby, all of Tokyo and even Japan are never far away!

The hotel was decent and as clean as expected. However, the single elevator was consistently slow, which was frustrating. Communication was difficult since the receptionist didn’t speak much English. I also had to go down to request supplies instead of having them brought up. The partially outdoor hallways were dusty, which I didn’t like.

We loved staying here. Obviously the rooms are very small but the bed was comfortable, the facilities and staff were really fantastic and we were close to the train station, food and a 15 min walk from most things - would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here! Staff was friendly and there was so much to do all around! It was a little noisy at night with ambulances, cars, ect, but we did expect that staying in Shinjuku.
