Good sized apartment. Very basic in what’s provided. It was very dusty when arrived, so we cleaned first, and that was having to check in late because it was still being cleaned. The absolute minimum is provided, no vac, no mop or brush, no side tables for the bedroom, 2 wine glasses, min crockery, no iron or board. Most annoying was only one key. So it’s fine but we would not stay there again. There is no luggage storage, upon arrival you can possibly leave it by the apartment door if the cleaner does not have the key. There is NO storage of luggage when you leave.

When we arrived we found the toilet seat hinge broken. I immediately took pictures and messaged the owner, to avoid being held responsible. The owner was prompt in responding and the resolution was a new part being ordered from manufacturer, though it didn't arrive during our week-long stay. The bedding had a smell of having been left in the washer for too long. If you want to use the dishwasher, you need to buy dishwasher detergent. Other than that, it was a convenient location and spacious for a family of 5. The balcony was nice to hangout at the end of the night.

Great for a small family

A perfect spot for a small family of 3. We enjoyed the balcony, the ability to do laundry, air con (a necessity when it’s 100 degrees and humid in the summer!!) and have space to hang out after a busy day being tourists. The location is great, located on the red M line that connects to Tokyo Station in a few stops. We chose it for its location and it worked out very well. Check in was easy, communication was easy. It was a great spot. Would highly recommend.

Location was very convenient, but be prepared to climb a slight incline for about 2 blocks from the main road. 7-11 also very close by. Starbucks on the way to the train station. Only downside was the musty smell from the overworked air conditioning units. Otherwise the rooms and bathroom was very clean and modern.
