Compact but efficiently used space. Initially went to the sister hotel next door but the front desk didn’t convey how close my own hotel was in English. This was at night so my bearings were off and ended up wandering for another 10-15 minutes knowing it was nearby but not knowing it was next door. They shared the same driveway! Thought it was part of the sister hotel. Also realized afterwards that Kabukicho was the red light district but didn’t feel unsafe.

This was my third time staying at this property. I do appreciate the value, convenience and location. It's between Koreatown and Kabukicho which makes dinding things ro do and places to eat easy. It's also close to transportation options.

Longest check in period I've erer participated in. Mostly caused by having a completely automated system.with very little staff on hand to help with the faulty system. Other than that it was as expected. I suggest maybe show up a half hour early for check in and get to the front of a very crowded chaotic line.

Lovely hotel

I loved the cleanliness and location of this hotel. It is close to shopping, restaurants, coffee, shops, and Metro stations literally within walking distance. It’s very safe and you can stay out as late as you want. But the rooms are very tiny. We didn’t even have enough space for our luggages, no storages and no space to move around. I am not sure if they have other floor plans but the rooms we were in were extremely small. The hotel lobby is also used as storages so there is no sitting area. So you can’t even go downstairs to the lobby to relax and get a break from that small closed room. So if you have. claustrophobia this place is not for you.

The area was nice and convenient to walk to Kabukicho, liked that there was laundry. Downfall was the limit on laundry snd the dryer did not dry the clothes properly. Also sad that its not a tattoo friendly onsen/bath house gor thevsmount if tourists this place gets.

Good location! Have onsen.! But we wish the Onsen can open until 2am instead of 12am. Overall its a good stay!
