Great hotel all around. The staff, the room cleanliness and the location were excellent during our stay. It’s close to the shrines and you can walk daily to visit these beautiful sights. There is shopping and an abundance of great places to eat. Ask the front desk for recommendations. They were great! We recommend it highly!

Great location, close to so many food, entertainment and shopping options. The staff were very kind and helpful. We got to attend one of the special geisha performances held ant the hotel and really enjoyed ourselves. We would highly recommend staying here.

Everyone is so nice. Rooms are excellent! Had to change our dates last minute due to Air Canada strike - they were very understanding and helpful. The location is great. Shops, restaurants, etc. is all around the corner. Senso-ji is closer than it seems. Ueno station is a bit of a walk, but still not too bad. Very happy!

Amazing in Asakusa

Asakusa is an amazing area and this hotel is right in the middle of it all. Walkable to nearby attractions, shopping galore and restaurants. Very luxurious rooms and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
