This is a 5 star hotel, through and through. At every turn outside your room, you are greeted and taking care of. The hotel is immaculate, the service is second to none, the location is a true Tokyo experience, there’s a Starbucks in the hotel, Penthouse lounge near the roof for drinks and snacks every day, bellhop to send your luggage to different parts of Japan, and some of the best food I’ve experienced in Japan. I was concerned about the negative reviews but glad i didn’t listen to them and stayed here.
