The staff were extremely helpful and let me check-in an hour earlier than the intended time. The room was beautiful from top to bottom; I love that the cold plunge was right next to the Sauna. The upstairs bathroom was amazing; everything was super clean and felt like home.

施設の清潔さ、サウナ、水風呂、冷風室、外気浴の環境はとても良かった。事前のスタッフやホテルと行うやりとりか全てチャットで行われるため、確認など都度時間がかかって面倒だった。料金に見合ったサービスかと言われると、むずかしい。
