Location was great, very close to the main offerings and shopping areas of Ginza while still being quiet. Hotel was clean and amenities were lovely. However during our stay, we only received one pillow each. It took two days to get 2 more pillows due to a pillow shortage.

Very clean hotel, great staff, great location. Absolutely loved the onsen and breakfast buffet. Hotel was able to hold our luggage for us after we checked out until our flight later in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and staff came everyday to clean the sheets and give us new towels. The location was great, it was very close to places. The breakfast was very good too! Overall, we loved our stay at Dormy Inn!
