Clean, inexpensive, but older

It was clean and efficient but clearly in need of updates. An older hotel with peeling wallpaper and odd stained counters. But you could tell it was clean. Enough space for one person and not cramped except in the toilet/shower area. Definitely a room for one person. Very kind staff. I would stay again as a solo traveler because it’s efficient and just a bed to sleep. And a great price.

The room is a kind of outdated, but the room is clean and efficient. This property provides no cleaning or maid services if you stay consecutive nights. You have to take dirty towels to the front desk for exchanging to clean one. Also you have to take your trash to the trash room. The room has the electric vacuum which you can clean the floor anytime you need. The room rates were very reasonable and I was happy to stay this property.

It’s a very old building. I can see that they try to keep it up, but my mini fridge wasn’t working properly. The door to the fridge was crooked. The bathroom mirror has black marks. The air conditioning kept blowing air: it doesn’t seem to be any adjustment. The sink was old and drainage was covered with brown mold or it may be old.

You get what you pay for with this type of hotel. The location is good, and from Ekoda station you can get to Ikebukuro quite easily. If you want your room to be cleaned the price is currently 3000 yen each time. For extras such as more towels you have to pay. Nearby are convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants. During my stay, an earthquake happened and then someone set off the fire-alarm. The night staff were professional, but not many people had any idea what to do. The staff during the daytime are friendly and know some English. However, the staff finish at 6 pm so reach out before if you arrive late.

道路沿いの部屋に宿泊でしたが、強く雨が降っていたのでホテルの中で、チェックイン後すごく体や荷物が濡れてしまった。普通のマンションの外にある非常階段の前の部屋です。足元も滑ります。 写真と実際の部屋が全く違い、かなり古く、棚からトゲが出ていた。 枕に海外の漬物の匂いが染み付いていた。 10時チェックアウトですが、ホテル隣接地が工事中のため8時少し前から工事で大きな音や振動が始まり、ゆっくりできなかった。 夜遅くについて、乳液や化粧水などのアメニティが一切ないとわかり困った（女性）

18時までにチェックインできない場合は連絡が必要とのことです。 私は時間内にチェックイン出来たのでフロントで通常の対応をしてもらえました。スタッフの方は親切丁寧に対応してくれました。 お部屋は少し古いつくりですが清潔でした。バス・トイレとは別の場所に手洗い場があって、使いやすかったです。 お部屋入り口の横にクローゼットがありましたが、着替えなどの荷物を置くとなると手が届くには遠いので、別でバゲージラックが欲しいなと思いました。 充電ケーブルが各部屋に置いてあるのは便利でした。しかし同行した人間の部屋の充電ケーブルが壊れていたのか使えなかったのでそこが残念でした。
