Very clean room. Great staff. Location great, especially for the price i paid. 6 mins to Shibuya. 7-11 and McDonald right next door which convent when on the go or wore out from long day. Post office right across street to ship things home.

Brand new hotel. Good location near train and ample busses. Not directly in Shibuya however. No views from the rooms and rooms were tiny. It was comfortable however, bed was nice. But compact, clean and safe. Perfect for a solo traveler, two people would have been tight, especially with luggage.
