Beautiful hotel. Wonderful two nights. Air conditioning wasn’t the best. It was hard to get to the set temperature. Not the fault of the hotel but an inconsiderate guest was smoking on their balcony and the smoke entered our room.

Property took a bit of searching to find as it is part of the Prince Shinagawa network of hotels, and there are many versions within that same area space. Hotel is otherwise excellent and luxurious, though facilities seem limited in terms of 'what-to-do' within there. Outside of the shopping and dining area, you'd have to walk about 20 minutes to the next centre, which I felt was slightly inconvenient. Overall still a very good stay, and really appreciated the size of the corner-sized room.

Bad feeling from the start

Inconsiderate bell captain who abruptly told me to park my car while I was about to put my heavy laptop bag. The bellboy had no communication skills. Asked for my passport for checkin which I don’t carry my Japanese passport since I am local. The rooms were old.

Easy walking distance from Shinagawa station but if you have many luggage it will be an effort to drag it uphill. Many options fit shopping and dining. Great place for Shinkansen and local trains.

Hotel was super clean and beautiful! I only had one issue with this place and it was the laundry service ! I spent almost $80 on the laundry services and out clothes came back still smelly ( like you can still smell my sons sweat on his shirts) so expensive and when I told the front desk nothing was done about it ! She just said sorry and proceeded to swipe the charges

Older property but very clean. I stayed on 9th floor with view of Tokyo tower. Clean but was probably remodeled 10 years plus ago. My sister was on 5th floor and her room looked recently remodeled. I guess it depends which floor. Hotel was very clean but cannot find any trashcans anywhere. Had to throw rubbish in toilet trashcan.
