This location is quiet and away from all the chaos in Tokyo. The garden is beautiful especially at night. There is a 7-eleven inside the Hotel property so that was really nice! However it is a little bit of a hike from Shinagawa Station the road is a bit uphill so keep that in mind if you have big luggages. The staff are nice and always ready to help!

Good for business or vacation

I usually stay here on business due to its convenience and large rooms but this time I came with my family for a vacation. The family loved the garden, with koi and cherry blossoms-a peaceful oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The hotel is readily accessible to the airport, Shinkansen, as well as tourist attractions. I would highly recommend for any stay in Tokyo.

Several properties similar in name so pay attention to your booking. Overall nice, better if you speak Japanese or act like a respectable person rather than loud obnoxious people from the states that were embarrassing to see there on the property. This was our first time visiting Japan and it was amazing, the hotel was so organized and clean, the workers have great customer service. Their garden is so beautiful and we were lucky enough to go when cherry blossom trees are in full bloom. You won't be disappointed.

This was a fabulous hotel. We have stayed at the lower end Prince hotel in the past, but this one was much more refined and calm. Every detail was well attended, including design of the public areas, the rooms and the fabulous gardens. We had a garden view room during the height of cherry blossom season, and the lit gardens at night were such a calm break from what can be the chaos of Tokyo. Will absolutely stay here again if schedules permit. Thank you to all of the highly trained, polite staff here. Our stay was too short.

Very nice hotel close to Shinagawa Station. Spacious and clean with a Beautiful garden. I would stay there again.
