We just need 1 night stay and booked at the last minute (1 night in advance), everywhere else around Asakusa temple was up a lot and I found this one was pretty affordable and it turned out to be very cost-efficient. The location is excellent and several minutes walk to shopping mall and Aaskusa temple, also a short walking to the Sumida River. The hotel room is tiny but clean and that satisfied my need. The front desk staff were nice too. Overall, not a bad stay. The hotel could be nicer after renovation.

Staff was great, very kind and helpful. We stayed in the Triple room for 3. I think the room was better suited for 2 as they added a 3rd bed on the floor taking valuable space. Our shower/tub was not leveled correctly so water ran off the edge and onto the floor. We had to put towels on the edge to dam the water. Location was good, close to the Senso-Ji temple. Funny that they offered free beer until 7 (not sure from what time) but you couldn’t get a cup of coffee, even at the restaurant. We were there for one week and our stay was pleasant.

Service was great, location was awesome. Walking distance to Sensō-ji and Kappabashi. Had a deal for a 24 hr Tokyo metro pass for ¥800. Ice machines on 2 of the floors as well. Perfect for our short trip!

This hotel was wonderful. Decent size room and right across the street from the Ginza line. It’s close to so many things! Nice nightlife with restaurants and bars. Great area in general.

I really liked the room's ryokan style aesthetic and it was close to everything - shopping, tourism, the Ginza line, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. 10/10

The hotel’s cleanliness was the dirtiest that I have seen out of the 4 hotels that I stayed at. There was a stain on my blanket but I let it go. But what made me furious was that on the second day out of my 7 day stay, there was a cockroach on the wall. I addressed it immediately to the concierge and all they did was get bug spray. No offering of another room, no compensation, nothing. For a regular bug that’s fair, but for a cockroach, that’s ridiculous. What made me more furious was that after the concierge who was a male, cleaned the cockroach stain after I killed it, I asked for the spray bottle and he hesitated to give it to me. You won’t give me another room so you can’t even offer me a 10 dollar spray bottle for future cockroach’s? I had to explain and make my case for him to give up the bottle. My trip to Japan was great, but this hotel left such a bad taste in my mouth that it really upsetted my overall Japan experience.
