チェックインの時名前でサインする以外は手書きは中々うまう行かなかったので、改善して欲しい。（11がいと変換されたり） 職業とか会社名とか必要無いものは画面に出さないで欲しいです。 入力にとても時間がかかるし、チェックインに何故必要なのか分からないので。 それ以外は良かったと思います。 お茶の粉もう1セット増やしておいて頂けると嬉しいです。

Room was clean and spacious, especially for Japan. Hotel was close to Disney Land and Disney Sea, making it easy to take the bus to and from. The check in and out was also easy, if you're wanting to leave your bags at the hotel before checking in, or after checking out be warned it is a self service baggage storage that has very limited space, so get in early or you might miss out

Loved this hotel! Room was small for my husband and I, but we made it work. The detail and esthetics are incredible. The luggage storage for check-in is extremely handy and the location is great! For those of you on a budget who can't afford the Disney hotel, this hotel is an experience on its own and it's less than a 5 min taxi ride (use Go taxi app) to the Disney ride area. If you prefer to walk, my husband and I walked the one day to the mall beside Disney and it took us approx 20 ish minutes. Fair warning in advance, it really is all do it yourself check-in, BUT there is a call button if you need help. Our check-in machine wasn't working and a staff member came out immediately and helped us. The hotel is also conveniently located across from Lawson's and 711 which was great for morning and late night night snacks.

Very good hotel, most people look like they stay here as part of their Disney World trip. Very friendly with standard Japanese and Western food for breakfast. The mattresses are a bit firm tho, and I stayed in two different rooms, and the one located at the corner, with windows from both sides, does not have acoustic isolation as efective as th one that only face one side. Cool place with the animatronics in the reception.

I booked this hotel for our stay at Tokyo Disney and it did not disappoint. It’s about a 15/20 min walk to the parks and has a good selection of convenience stores around to pick up snacks. We loved the novelty of the dinosaur check in staff. Beds are a little firm but this is the preference in Japan and is consistent across all hotels we’ve stayed in here so not against this one in particular

We loved this quirky stay for our one night before heading to Tokyo Disney. The dinosaur robots were awesome and easy to use. We had luggage transferred so staff were readily available and easily reachable to help us with our bags that had been stored securely away. The rooms were very small for two Australians/ luggage with two single beds but it was manageable for one night!

We chose this hotel for its location near Disneyland. It was close to convenient stores and the hotel has a dinosaur theme which our 4 year old loved! The room for US standards is small but laid out well and totally doable.

the check in with the dinosaur was super creative! Covenient location near Disney with much affordable price. Not walking distance to Disney in the hot summer time, there is a bus right at the front to go to Disney. Room was cozy and relatively big compared to my other hotel stays in Tokyo.

Facilities were clean and entertaining. The check in procedure was a bit of a headache, but the staff was friendly and after some time was able to help me with the process.
