The room is clean and very spacious. Beds are also very comfortable. We can open all 3 luggages without feeling squeezed. Hotel is well connected to 2 metro lines via an underground passage and provides free shuttle to Shinjuku train station. If only it is connected to the JR main line, it will be perfect.

One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. From the reception staff, to housekeeping, restaurant servers and concierge team, they were all EXCEPTIONAL. I stayed 27 nights and felt like many of them were extended family by the time we checked out. If you are traveling to the Shinjuku area, this is the place to stay!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Buffet and restaurants are over-priced with not a lot of options. But the executive breakfast option was a great alternative. Fitness area is well laid out with all the necessary equipment and facilities.

Fantastic hotel with the most attentive staff. Not cheap but for a Tokyo hotel to have so much space in your room isn’t easy to find as they specialise in small rooms. Food was great and the bars were superb with a great cocktail choice and some good drama.
