Room size is good bud the bathroom is very small and not well appointed (lacking towel rails etc). The shower screen is small and hence inadequate in preventing water splashing out onto the bathroom floor.

Room service requires us to order via QR code and the guest service REFUSED to take my order Later the manager came and apologised but never offer corrective action. I would rate Hilton as 2.0 stars for this. Cleaning staff wear same glove step 1 to clear Rubbish & clean toilet and step 2 handle your clean towels to hang on the railing. So unhygienic however the cleaner is very pleasant Overall the standard of service and cleanliness have dropped tremendously. Location at night always heard ambulance siren. Not recommended

Fantastic stay. Walking distance to the busy Shinjuku area, yet centrally located in a clean business neighborhood. Staff were fantastic, helpful and spoke English. I will definitely stay again.

First time staying at this hotel . It’s next to a police station and I was constantly woken up by sirens in the middle of the night . Not what I was expecting for the price I paid per night for this hotel . Other than that nice hotel but small rooms for the price .

Feels like a Vegas Strip hotel. Large, busy, noisy and impersonal. We had a suite and Executive Lounge access. The lounge and bedroom in the suite were good but the bathroom is tiny. The exec lounge gets very busy. Food is pretty average but tye prices are well above average.
