This isn't the first time I've stayed here and when it comes within my budget, I'll always stay here.
The staff are great. Very helpful and I always greet them when I return from being out. My Japanese is only little so I try my best to talk to staff in Japanese when I can but they are helpful in terms of pronouncing something wrong, they'd correct me and it helps brush up on my speaking ability.
In terms of rooms, I don't really have any issues with the rooms and my stays aren't short either. There is one thing I do want to point out this time though, I had room 412 and the door knob is a bit stiff to turn to get into the room but other than that, it's always a joyful experience being there.
There's a few convenient stores about, Family Mart is right next to the hotel with a restaurant, 7-11 is a cross the road a long with a Caffe Volece.
In terms of travel, Kodemmacho station isn't far away if you want to get to Akihabara or even other places from there, Ningyocho station with connections to Asakusa, Haneda and Narita airports, Bakurocho station is a bit of a walk but it's on the Shinjuku line if you wanted to get to there quick.
Other than that, the hotel is in a great place, staff are great and I've enjoyed it every time I stay there.
