Excellent staff, my check in went smooth then realized I forgot my airpods and charger at the bus Hisano and Artem took an hour calling diff bus company and finally found the location and we were able to retrieved my airpods and charger. we stayed 5 days and all the staffs were incredibly super helpful with directions, very nice people and I would recommend this Hotel. It was such a nice experience staying here. Free Sake from 5-7pm and free comfort noodles from 8-10 pm. what else can you ask for after the tiring walks and nice pubs, kudos to all the staff we encountered throughout our stay.. Hisano, Artem, Hide Kasu, Wenjie and 2 more staff which I forgot thier names..Thank you so much for recommendation of places to visit and restaurant to go to.. very good job for all of you. We will surely come back and again stay in your hotel.

Loved the room and shower, breakfast was good but a bit repetitive (but always delicious). Staff was pretty nice also, check in and check out quick and easy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Ahh before I forget: amazing location as well, close to Tokyo station and two other smaller but well connected train stations!

Room was extremely small but well equipped. Breakfast was disappointing as we had exactly the same for our 5 mornings. Staff was courteous with Japanese rigidity: Our room may be ready earlier but check-in at 3PM sharp must be respected. Check out at 10PM was too early.

Tiny room - perfect for a short stay. Very close to the train station. For the price it’s great value for money. My luggage remained closed due to the size of the room but that’s fine for a 1 night stay.

Cute little hotel very close to Tokyo station and multiple subway lines! Staff is friendly. Breakfast is fair, they also have free drinks in the late afternoon and udon at night! Room is good but the bathroom is tiny! Also, you have to pay extra per person for late check-out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!
