Great, quiet locaiton in the Ginza area. Lots of good food and coffee/matcha shops nearby. Train station is right outside. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. You even get candy when you check out!

Staff were lovely, room clean and functional. Great location near multiple metro lines. Plenty of food options a nd convinces stores near by. Not in an over busy area compares to Shibuya so was not overly noisy. If having breakfast at hotel is a full traditional Japanese cooked breakfast, very tasty but alot of food (I struggled to get through it all)

Loved the room and shower, breakfast was good but a bit repetitive (but always delicious). Staff was pretty nice also, check in and check out quick and easy.
