This was my first time staying at Villa Fontaine, and it was a great change of pace from the Park Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process very simple. Villa Fontaine was easily accessible after a long international flight, modern, and conveniently surrounded by food/retail shops. Located in the Haneda Garden, the hotel was exactly what I was looking for and the best option when flying domestic the next morning. Breakfast can be added for a fee, but there are restaurants of all sorts in the near vicinity (including a Lawson right by the entrance). Need to unwind? The hotel offers onsen (hot bath) tickets separately or as a package with the room. There are a variety of room types to book, including family room with 4 or more beds. I booked a “run of the house” room and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will be staying at this hotel again in October and look forward to see what their other rooms are like.

Excellent Hotel at Tokyo Haneda

Ideal hotel location at Tokyo Haneda airport. The hotel is immaculately clean, modern, comfortable and appealing. The check-in process is automated and intuitive, and the staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Amenities were plentiful, and the ambiance of the rooms was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel restaurant provided excellent, delicious options (had breakfast), and there were nice shops for authentic high-end Japanese souvenirs. I look forward to staying there with my family on our next trip!

The ideal hotel

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We loved the room, the rain shower was absolutely gorgeous. The room was comfortable as could be. Nearby restaurants were great. And possibly the most important thing: the easy walk to the terminal in the morning!

Location is very convenience, room is big enough to open two luggage’s at the same time, staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing we dislike is we think the mattress is not clean and we were bite by unknown bugs.

The hotel is at walkable distance from international departure/arrival hall on Terminal 3. A lot of shopping and dinning options around. Hotel room is very clean and the floor plan is very thoughtful. The toilet is in a separate section with the bath which is very convenient. Self check in is fast and easy to use. Hotel staff is professional and helpful. Strongly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay for 13 days + an additional night due to my Delta flight being cancelled last-minute. All of the staff were so friendly, courteous, and helpful in answering any of my questions about house-keeping (helping me schedule it for the latest possible time at 2 PM or 14:00), about the water bottles provided in the room (free and always re-stocked whenever I returned!), and about booking and staying for an additional night in a different room! The shopping mall nearby the hotel located within Haneda Airport had some tasty treats (matcha, amazake, and fresh fruits) and great ideas for souvenir gifts ranging from authentic bamboo fans and packaged desserts! I also bought a brand new suitcase and several tenogui handkerchiefs. Moreover, comfortable and safe transportation from the hotel from within the airport to various places in Tokyo was readily available via the Airport Limousine service or other bus systems. And of course the regular trains were available, but by spending just a bit more the buses were far more luxurious, helped with luggage, and often offered guaranteed seats. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone interested in the Vocaloid collaboration rooms; although I would have switched between the various rooms since all of my free collab goods for 13 days were only of Kagamine Rin... Now I know for next time when I return to this hotel! Thank you very much!
