Very nice stay. Good value for money. The hotel is well-maintained; the staff helpful and friendly; the room kept wonderfully by housekeeping. Good selection of amenities (though no shaving cream/lotion to go with the razors). The location is quite convenient to Shimbashi and Ginza, but much less crowded and busy. Great breakfast buffet. Good selection of restaurants and izakaya nearby. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Shiodome experience

Clean, modern, connected to train stations. Excellent staff. Prices for rooms are reasonable. The beds are rock hard. I prefer soft comfortable beds in 4 star hotels. Otherwise, this hotel has great services and convenience. I'd stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel, located next to train station. Happy hour (free drinks and nibblies) a nice touch and appreciated! Room is a bit cramped for handling luggage and I swear that the floor, especially in the bathroom, seems to move, though that may be a Japan 'flexible foundations for earthquake management' thing. Also, main area lighting is a bit dim at times and background piano music not to everyone's taste. The hotel and surrounding area is a bit of a concrete and steel jungle, which is architecturally impressive though may be lacking in a bit of 'vibe', but that's all a matter of opinion really. In the end, it's all about having a comfortable 'home base' and easy access to Tokyo's delights, and on that measure alone, it delivers. And, yes, I would go back in future.

Its connected to Shiodome subway station but a little far from Shimbashi. The room was ok but the buffet was quite small and with few options and gets very hard to move in once full.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Shiodome. It is conveniently located between Haneda Airport and Tokyo with access to subway and train stations nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
