Hôtel Nice, train station not.

A tricky review because the negatives aren’t really the hotel’s issues. Hotel is fine, typical small Tokyo room, nice bathroom facilities, all good. The breakfast is limited, very good soup, bread, yogurt. The issue is that it is not close to a station, and the closest station, Hamamatsucho, is undergoing renovations which really impact access. Again, hotel is fine, not sure when renovations will be done at train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was smaller than it looked on their website. The staff was nice, and the hotel was very clean. The hotel hallways are exposed to the outside, so a small wind draft coming through the hotel room door.

Hotel was very conveniently located close to hamamatsucho and Daimon stations. Several restaurants within walking distance. Several convenience stores also within walking distance. Front staff was wonderful! This is a wonderful hotel and would definitely stay there again.
